1). The green torch 5CTN soft rubbing multi-shller is mainly based on soft rolling, which can remove the awn, straw, shell and hair attached to the full wheat seeds without harm the whole paddy to confirm the final Germination rate.
2).in the air dust cleaning system, it makes full use of the principle of wind sorting and screen sifting, can effectively separate straws awns, dust and other kinds of light impurities, with two times air dust cleaning and cyclone dust colloction system, sanitation with more environmental protection.
3). In the screen cleaning and grading system, it will sift our the big size and small size impurities according to the seed geometry size (length, width, thickness). in the same time, it can grade the material in 3-4 levels depend on clieng need.
The elevator Adopt double cylinder ultra-low speed elevator, makes the crushing rate is less than 0.1%. vibration motor not only makes the machine compact structure, reduces the failure rate no special requirements for the use of the origin, can mobile operation.
